Kins of passengers of missing plane gather at Pokhara Airport

By Ramesh Paudel, Pokhara, May 29: The family members of the missing Tara Airl plane have gathered at the Pokhara Airport. A Nepal Army helicopter has left for Jomsom for search and rescue.

Earlier, a Fistel Air helicopter was sent from Jomsom Airport to inquire about the condition of the missing plane, but the helicopter returned to Jomsom due to inclement weather.

The search for the missing aircraft which has been out of contact for nearly four hours has been intensified.

The plane, which flew from Pokhara to Jomsom at 9:55 am local time with 19 passengers and three crew members, was maintained last time in contact with Jomsom Tower at 10: 7 am from Ghodepani.

The Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal has stated that the plane lost contact after that.
