By TRN Online, Kathmandu, May 27: The meeting of the
House of Representatives (HoR) has been stalled after the CPN (UML) lawmakers
obstructed the meeting.
Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota notified the stalling of the
meeting for 15 minutes as the UML lawmakers disrupted the meeting in protest of
the expression of Dilendra Prasad Badu, Minister for Industry, Commerce, and
Supply.
Minister Badu has been blamed for labeling the expression
of the leader of the opposition party as below standard.
The HoR meeting that started at 11 am today was to deliberate on the policy and
programme for the upcoming fiscal year (FY) 2022/023.
