Nepali Congress wins mayor in Butwal
By Kabindra Nepal, Manigram (Rupandehi), May 21: Khel Raj Pandey of the Nepali Congress party has won the Butwal sub-metropolitan city mayor.
Pandey, a candidate for the post of Butwal sub-metropolitan mayor from the five-party alliance, was elected with a margin of 7,533 votes.
Pandey has got 30,130 votes.
