Tributes paid to journalist Rajak, FNJ stages protest
Tributes have been paid to media person Suresh Rajak, who died in the violent protests that was carried out by supporters of the former king in Tinkune of Kathmandu on Friday.

Light rainfall likely in Koshi and Gandaki
Later this afternoon, the weather will remain partly cloudy in the hilly areas of Lumbini, Karnali and Sudurpaschim Provinces and mainly clear in the remaining part of the country. Sugar production ratio declines
A total of 8.72 kg of sugar has been produced from one quintal of sugarcane in the current fiscal year. Last year, 9.11 kg of sugar was produced from the same amount of sugarcane, said Surendra Shukla, General Manager of Everest Sugar Industry located in Gaushala municipality-1.
Curfew order suspended
The Kathmandu district administration office has suspended the curfew order issued to be effective in the Tinkune area since Friday. The order imposed as per Section (6) a of the Local Administration Act, 2028 BS has been withdrawn with effect from 7:00 am this morning.
