Kathmandu, July 23: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli's special address at the House of Representatives (HoR) scheduled for today has been postponed. Chief Whip of UML parliamentary party, Mahesh Kumar Bartaula, informed that the scheduled address of the PM was removed from parliament business today.
