NHRC's recommendation on human rights of migrant workers
Bilateral agreements are made between NHRC and the destination countries for the protection of human rights of Nepali migrant workers. The NHRC had made 16-point recommendation to the government in 2075 and nine-point recommendation in 2077BS in a bid to make foreign employment safe and dignified. The report released recently mentioned that NHRC furnished recommendation in a total of 58 points to the government so far on the rights of migrant workers.
