The Nepali Congress has been obstructing the parliament's proceedings, demanding the formation of a parliamentary committee to carry out impartial investigation alleging of the involvement of Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane in the misappropriation of the cooperatives funds.
