Police have arrested three persons on the charge of looting two foreign nationals in Banepa of Kavrepalanchowk district.
The deceased are 34-year-old Yam Bahadur Sunar of the Municipality-6 and 28-year-old Hiramati Rana of Laljhadi Rural Municipality-1 in the district, said Umesh Joshi, the Deputy Superintendent at the District Police Office.
