Home Minister holds meeting with senior officials of APF

By TRN Online, Kathmadnu, March 31: Home Minister Sudhan Gurung has hold discussions with senior officials of the Armed Police Force (APF) on Tuesday afternoon, focusing on security performance and disaster preparedness.

According to the minister’s private secretariat, the meeting was held to review the work carried out by the APF so far and to identify areas that require further improvement.

The discussion was attended by senior officials, including Raj Kumar Shrestha and Armed Police Force Inspector General Raju Aryal.

A major focus of the meeting was on preparedness for disaster management, with detailed discussions held on the measures needed to respond effectively to possible emergencies.

The meeting emphasized the need for appropriate strategies, resource management, and coordination to minimize potential disaster risks across the country.

Earlier on Monday,  Minister Gurung had also held discussions with senior officials of Nepal Police and issued necessary directives regarding security management and service
