Kathmandu, March 19: The Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) has unanimously selected Gyan Bahadur Shahi as its parliamentary party (PP) leader.
A meeting of the RPP's Members of Parliament held on Thursday decided to choose Shahi as the PP leader. Shahi was elected from Jumla under the first-past-the-post electoral system.
Likewise, the party has picked Khusbu Oli as the chief whip of the party.
RPP general secretary Rajendra Gurung said that PP leader Shahi selected Oli as the chief whip.
The RPP has won a total of five seats in the House of Representatives (HoR) elections conducted on March 5.(RSS)
