By Bishnu Prasad Pokhrel, Damak, March 7: Senior leader of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Balendra Shah elected for the House of Representatives from Jhapa constituency no. 5. Balendra Shah got 68,348 votes .
CPN-UML Chairperson and Former Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli got 18,734 votes.
Samir Tamang of Shram Sanskriti Party got 9,233 votes. Mandhara Chimariya of Nepali Congress got 1,821 votes, Laxmi Prasad Sangraula of Rastriya Prajatantra Party got 1,536 votes and Ranjit Tamang of Nepali Communist Party got 1,461 votes.
