RSP candidate Khanal elected in Nawalpur-2

Nawalpur (Nawalparasi), March 7: Manish Khanal, the candidate representing the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), has been elected in the Nawalparasi (Bardaghat-Susta East) Constituency No. 2.     

As per the information provided by the Election Officer's office, he secured his election with a total of 41,347 votes. His closest competitor, Tilak Mahat from the CPN (UML), garnered 15,755 votes.     

In addition, Om Bahadur Gharti from the Nepali Congress received 14,713 votes, while Ganeshman Mahato from the Nepali Communist Party obtained 1,538 votes.(RSS)
