By Basanta Parajuli, Narayangadh, March 7: Hari Dhakal of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) continues to maintain his lead in the vote count for the House of Representatives election in Chitwan Constituency-1.
According to the latest vote tally, Dhakal has secured
30,464 votes.
Following him, Dawa Dorje Lama of the CPN-UML has received
7,143 votes, while Rajendra Prasad Burlakoti of the Nepali Congress has secured
6,977 votes.
In the same constituency, Krishna Raj Pant of the Nepal
Communist Party has received 2,857 votes.
Vote counting in the constituency is still ongoing.
