Disciplinary action against Lumbini Lions player Niroshan Dickwella
Kathmandu, Nov 30: Lumbini Lions player Niroshan Dickwella has faced disciplinary action.
He was penalised for violating Level-1 code of conduct during the match on Saturday against Pokhara Avengers under the Nepal Premier League (NPL).
It is said action was taken against Niroshan for disagreeing with the umpire's decision of leg before wicket (LBW) during the match.
After the umpire gave the Pokhara player not out, he showed his gloves to the umpire.
Dickwell has admitted the charges and received a five percent match fee deduction and one demerit point. Earlier, Chitwan Rhinos bowler Rijan Dhakal had also faced disciplinary action.(RSS)
