Partial effect of cyclone Ditwah
Kathmandu, Nov 30: Nepal has been partially affected by the cyclone 'Ditwah', which has developed in the southwest Bay of Bengal.
Hence, the weather today will remain partly cloudy across the country, according to the 8:00 am bulletin published by the Meteorological Forecasting Division.
Later tonight, the weather will continue to remain partly cloudy throughout the country.(RSS)
