Kirakhor-Neptechaur section being blacktopped at a pace

Myagdi, Nov 28: Blacktopping has begun on the Kirakhor-Neptechaur section along the Beni-Pakhapani road. 

The two-kilometer road from Beni municiplaity-9, Kirakhor to the ward office in Neptechaur is being blacktopped with the use of 'premix' technology. 

Beni Municipality-9 ward chair Chakra KC said the road with the breadth of seven meters is being blacktopped. 

Gravelling will also be carried out in additional two kilometers along the Neptechaur-Lauripani section. 

Likewise, the road protection structures, including drainage pipes and retention walls are being constructed at a pace. 

An agreement of Rs 101.6 million was signed with the contractor for blacktopping.  (RSS)
