Govt's key duty is to hold election on time: Home Minister Aryal

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Nov 20: Minister for Home Affairs Om Prakash Aryal has said that the primary responsibility of the government in the coming days is to hold the election peacefully in the stipulated time. 

He said so at the first quarterly review of the fiscal year 2082/83 and the ministerial-level development problem-solving committee held at the ministry on Thursday.

He directed that employees of all the agencies under ministry to be mobilized with utmost preparation and commitment, assigning work responsibilities, to ensure that the upcoming elections are held on the scheduled date.

Home Minister said, "I also direct all subordinate bodies and officials to provide service in such a way that it ends unnecessary hassles  faced by service recipients."
