By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Nov 17: Kathmandu Gorkhas has won the inaugural match of second edition of the Nepal Premier League (NPL) by five wickets against the defending champion Janakpur Bolts.
Janakpur Bolts had given a target of
131 runs to Kathmandu Gorkhas for the win in the match.
Kathmandu Gorkhas met the target in 18 overs losing only 5 wickets.

Forced to bating after losing the toss
in the match played at the TU international cricket stadium in Kirtipur, the
Janakpur had made a total of 130 runs losing six wickets in 20 overs.
In the first edition of the NPL, the Janakpur
had defeated the Kathmandu with five wickets.
