By Our Correspondent,Janakpurdham, Sept. 4: The first-ever International Industrial Exhibition 2025 is set to take place in Janakpurdham from 13 to 16 November this year (Kartik 27–30 in the Nepali calendar). Organised by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and Tourism of Madhes Province, the event aims to promote domestic, small, and medium-scale industries.
Minister for Industry, Commerce, and Tourism, Basanta Kushwaha, said that the four-day exhibition will showcase state-of-the-art equipment, machinery, and industrial products essential for establishing and operating small and domestic industries.
In addition to product displays, the event will offer special training sessions and consultations on topics such as industrial management, operations, financial literacy, and market expansion.
"This exhibition will play a vital role in connecting local industries to the international market and in introducing new technologies to local entrepreneurs," said Minister Kushwaha.
The event is expected to see participation from over five countries, including India, Bangladesh, and Indonesia, with leading manufacturers exhibiting their products. The overall responsibility for managing the event has been entrusted to Siya Events.
The provincial government hopes that this initiative will help local entrepreneurs gain access to new technologies and financial knowledge, ultimately supporting the growth and expansion of their businesses.
