‘Momo Ka Pailaharu’ launched in London

By A Staff Reporter,Kathmandu, July 21: A book ‘Momo Ka Pailaharu’ written by Binod Baral, was launched recently at the National Geographic Traveller Food Festival, held at the Business Design Centre, London. 

Baral, who lives in London, is widely known as an ambassador of food and flavour. According to the information received here, the book was unveiled by writer Yubaraj Nayaghare, social worker and activist Nabin Gurung and author Baral himself among others. 

“With every dish comes the story of a country, its culture, and its originality. Through this book, the pride and identity of Nepal have also been carried forward,” Nayaghare said after the launch of the book. 

During the programme, author Baral reiterated his commitment to promoting Nepali cuisine at the international level. Originally from Pokhara, Baral has been living in London for many years.
