blog

Kathmandu, April 27: In a meeting of the National Assembly (NA) today, the lawmakers demanded the government create an atmosphere for sending agitating teachers back to the classrooms.

They wanted the government to conclude the School Education Bill soon. They were of the view that the government should respond the 'genuine' concerns of teachers who have launched the Kathmandu-based agitation since the past 26 days.

Ganga Kumari Belbase, Gopi Bahadur Achhami and Maya Prasad Sharma among those lawmakers urged the government to address the concerns of agitating teachers through dialogues. (RSS)
