Call to delete RPP Chair Lingden's statement from parliament's record
Lawmaker Ananda Prasad Dhungana said that the statement made by Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) Chairman Rajendra Lingden about the involvement of the son of the Joint General Secretary of the ruling party in the looting of Bhatbhateni supermarket in Koteshwor on March 28 is false, and demanded that the statement be removed from the record.
Speaking in the 'emergency time' of the meeting of the National Assembly today, he demanded that the Assembly should ask the RPP Chair to either present evidence to prove his accusation or beg an apology since he has accused the Nepali Congress party apart from the ruling side and the joint general secretary of the party.
