By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Jan 15: Armed Police Force Women defeated Gandaki Province Women by 8 wickets in the 3rd match of Prime Minister Cup Women's National Cricket Tournament at Fapla Cricket Ground Dhangadhi on Wednesday.
Batting first Gandaki Women posted a target of 71 runs in the reduced to 15 overs' match against APF which APF women scored with a loss of two wickets in 9.3 overs.
To make her team winner APF captain Indu Barma hit 26 runs being notout. Similarly, Mamta Chaudhary 18, Roma Thapa 14 and Rajmati Airee hit 8 runs.
To minimize Gandaki in a small total APF bawler Binu Budha took 2 wickets alone and Karuna Bhandari took a single wicket.
