FNJ election: Rawat elected chair in Humla, Sapkota in Parbat

Humla, Dec 13: Rajan Rawat has been elected district chair of the Federation of Nepali Journalists (FNJ) in Humla. It is the second time Rawat is elected district chair of FNJ.     

A new 15-member committee has been elected under his chairmanship.     

In the committee, Suresh Pariyar is senior vice chair, while Chhapal Lama vice chair in inclusive category, Nanda Singh secretary, Padam Raj Hamal and Bhaktaraj Aidi secretaries and Mandir Singh treasurer. They were elected unanimously, according to election committee coordinator Raj Bahadur Shahi.     

Similarly, FNJ Parbat has got Laxmi Prasad Sapkota as new chair where Ranjana Khatri vice chair, Sangita KC Baniya vice chair women category, Sajan Pariyar and Bishnu Sapkota Gauam secretaries, Rajan Paudel joint secretary and Dipesh BK treasurer.     

The members in the team are Sangita KC, Rama Subedi, Indra Kumar Bikalpa, Santosh Parajuli, Mina Parajuli, Muna Kumari Lamichhane, Bikash Paudel and Gita Kumari Sharma.(RSS)
