Karnali bowlers shine to wrap Pokhara for 103 runs

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Dec 10: Pokhara Avengers posted a target of 104 runs for Karnali Yaks under the ongoing Nepal Premier League (NPL) on Tuesday at Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground, Kirtipur.

Winning a toss Pokhara chose to bat first where it managed a simple total of 103 runs before being all out in 16.3 overs.

To restrict Pokhara within a small total, Karnali's William Bosisto took 6 wickets alone by giving 28 runs in a four-over spell. Sompal Kami, Bipin Sharma and Unish Thakuri took a single wicket each.

Pokhara's batsmen Dinesh Kharel scored 26 runs, Andries Gous 25, Raymon Reifer scored 20 runs, and Kushal Bhurtel and Bipin Khatri scored 10 runs each. Other batsmen failed to score runs in double digits.
