Kathmandu, Dec.6: With a half-century from Rabi Bopara Chitwan Rhinos posted a modest target of 131 runs for Karnali Yaks in the ongoing Nepal Premier League (NPL) on Friday morning at Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground, Kirtipur.
After losing a toss, Chitwan Rhinos was invited to bat and scored 130 runs in a loss of seven wickets in the stipulated 20 overs at the Kirtipur cricket ground on Friday morning.
Bopara scored 59 runs (seven fours and one six) in 40 balls. Apart from Captain Kul Malla scoring 23 runs, no other players made significant run.
Meanwhile, Karnali's Bipin Sharma took three wickets, Zeeshan Maqsood took two wickets while Sompal Kami and Nandan Yadav took a wicket each.
