Cliff honoured for paying highest tax

By A Staff Reporter,Kathmandu, Nov. 25: The Internal Revenue Office, Baglung has honoured The Cliff Pvt. Ltd. as the best taxpayer.

The office honoured the taxpayers registered in Parbat district on the occasion of National Tax Day 2081 for paying the highest income tax under service/industry.

Pramod Kumar Srivastav, chief tax officer of the office, handed over the certificate to The Cliff's president Raju Karki at a programme organised on the occasion of Tax Day 2081 this month.

The Cliff has played a major role in developing the Kusma-Baglung area as an adventure hub and famous tourist destination in recent years.

The world's highest swing and the world's second-highest bungee jump are being operated at The Cliff, which was built by connecting Kusma (Parbat) and Balewa (Baglung) over the Kaligandaki River.

Cliff Resort, the world's highest commercial sky cycling, sky cafe, wall climbing, crazy breeze, sky gliding, sky cafe and other activities are in operation within the cliff management.
