By A Staff Reporter,Kathmandu, Nov. 20: Rojina Ranjit, a Nepali woman, has participated in the FabOver40 competition held in the United States.
The competition aims to identify individuals affected by breast cancer and provide them with support, education and other facilities.
Rojina has gained widespread recognition after securing a spot in the top five of the competition.
The competition, launched by the National Breast Cancer Foundation, INC, involves multiple stages, and Rosina successfully advanced to the top five.
According to the organisers, this is the only competition that represents Nepali individuals among Nepali communities in the United States.
The organisers believe that Rojina’s success is attributed to her resilience, determination and unwavering support from her Nepali friends and global supporters.
She has appealed to everyone to cast their votes and help her win, emphasising that this victory would represent national pride and a new milestone for women's empowerment.
Free voting for Rojina is open until December 19 and votes can be cast daily.
Rojina completed her higher education at Siddhartha Banasthali Institute.
She earned a bachelor’s degree from Padmakanya Multiple Campus and completed a Chartered Accountancy course in Chennai, India.
Currently, she works in the accounting department of a software company in Boston, USA. Votes for her can be cast once every 24 hours for free through the provided link.
