Introduction of mother languages at Govt-run media hailed

Kathmandu, Oct 22: The introduction of mother languages including Nepal Bhasa at State-run media in the 100 days of the government has been hailed.     

The Newa community leaders led by Malla K Sundar met Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli at his official residence, Baluwatar on Monday and submitted a memorandum of the Nepal Sambat Nhudaya 1154 celebration committee which welcomed the launch of mother languages like Nepal Bhasha and Maithili at Rastriya Samachar Samiti (RSS), Rana Tharu language at the Gorkhapatra daily and other mother languages at Nepal Television.
