Police reach RSP office with arrest warrant against Rabi Lamichhane

Kathmandu, Oct 18: An arrest warrant has been issued against Rabi Lamichhane, President of the Rashtriya Swatantra Party (RSP).     

The Kaski District Court gave permission to the police to investigate the allegation of the embezzlement of funds in the Suryadarshan Cooperative that involved President Lamichhane.     

According to the Acting Spokesperson of the RSP Manish Jha, a team of police had reached the party office, Banasthali, Kathmandu with the arrest warrant. He further shared that the party would cooperate with the police in the investigation process.     

District Police Office Kaski is investigating the case of Lamichhane who is accused of siphoning money from Surya darshan Cooperatives to Gorkha Media Network in cahoots with Gitendra Babu (GB) Rai. (RSS)
