Kathmandu, Aug 29: Minister for Education, Science and Technology, Bidya Bhattarai, has said quality education requires smooth and robust coordination among all three tiers of government.

She also admitted that the universities have various problems, which need to be sorted out gradually. Career counselling programme would also be launched from this very fiscal year, Minister Bhattarai informed.
