PM Oli takes stock of ministries' progress

Kathmandu, July 28: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli on Sunday took stock of different ministries' progress.     

Secretary at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, Krishna Hari Pushkar, said that the PM received information about the achievements and plans of all ministries from the secretaries.     

Pushkar said that the secretaries shared about the ministries' performance, current status, the reforms roadmap, action plans, challenges for the implementation of programmes and their solutions too.     

This meeting is the first of its kind with the secretaries after Oli was appointed the PM two weeks ago.     

On the occasion, deputy prime ministers, ministers, the PM's chief advisor, the national planning commission's vice-chairman and others were present.     

The PM is scheduled to give special directives to the secretaries on Tuesday. Writing on his social networking sites, PM Oli stated that a decision will be taken to advance actions by holding discussions again on Tuesday.(RSS)
