Industry minister meets former PM Chand to inquire about his health

Kathmandu, July 20: Minister for Industry, Commerce and Supplies Damodar Bhandari met the former Prime Minister Lokendra Bahadur Chand in Bir Hospital on Saturday. 

Former PM's son informed that 85-year-old Chand had been admitted to the hospital after getting infected by Pneumonia. 

He said that his health condition has been improving and he is expected to get discharged on Tuesday.

Minister Bhandari wished him for speedy recovery and added that he will visit Chand's home to take suggestions concerning the ministry once he was discharged. Minister Bhandari visited former PM along with UML Sudurpashchim Province secretary Rana Bahadur Chand.
