Govt. policies and programmes passed from NA meeting
Kathmandu, May 26: The policies and programmes document of the government for the upcoming fiscal year 2081/082 was passed on Sunday with the majority of votes of the National Assembly (NA).
The proposal tabled by National Assembly Chairman Narayan Prasad Dahal was passed with the majority.
Earlier, Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' had tabled the proposal in the NA meeting seeking discussions on the policies and programmes document.
Meanwhile, NA Member Dr Anjan Shakya was nominated as a Member of the Development, Economic Affairs and Good-Governance Committee, NA Chairman Dahal informed the NA meeting. (RSS)
