Congress CWC for criteria on NA member election

Kathmandu, Dec 30: The meeting of the central working committee of the Nepali Congress concluded today with a decision to determine certain criteria for the candidate representing the party in the upcoming National Assembly elections.     

Likewise, the meeting which had been going on since December 28 at the party's central office in Sanepa approved the modified date of the Mahasamiti meeting and conduct the Congress campaign among the community from January 21 to February 5, said Chief of Information, Communication and Publicity Department Min Bishwakarma.     

The central committee has urged the government to provide services that guarantee good governance to the people, while pointing out problems seen in the field of good governance.     

The NC CWC also demanded an investigation to find the truth behind the Friday Balkumari incident, punish the culprits and compensate the victims. (RSS)
