Gorkhapatra Employee Multipurpose Cooperatives holds 17th General Assembly

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Dec 30: Gorkhapatra Employee Multipurpose Cooperatives hosted its 17th general assembly in Gokarna, Kathmandu on Saturday.

Inaugurating the General Assembly Executive Chairman of the Gorkhapatra Cooperation Bishnu Prasad Subedi said that the cooperatives played an important role in enhancing cooperation and coordination among the employees of the corporation.

Mentioning there is a challenge to maintain unity among the employees within the Corporation and in the Cooperatives, Cooperation's General Manager Lal Bahadur Airi urged them to pay attention to it.

Similarly, the Chairman of the cooperative, Pushparaj Joshi said that there is a need for the cooperation of all employees to make cooperatives effective.

The cooperatives also awarded the children of shareholders who scored the highest in the SEE results.

The awardees are Chintan Tiwari, Aditya Shrestha, Kritika Sapkota, Yunik Sharma, Prithvi Raj Shrestha and Abhik Giri.

Executive Chairman Subedi and General Manager Airi handed over the awards to the awardees.
