Curfew lifted in Malangawa

By Janarjan Khatri, Sarlahi, Oct 2: The curfew imposed in Malangawa, the district headquarters of Sarlahi district, has been lifted completely.
A meeting of the District Security Committee has decided to lift the curfew considering that the situation of Malangawa has been returning to normal.
Chief District Officer of Sarlahi District Indra dev Yadav informed that the curfew was lifted from Sunday night after the situation of tension between the two communities eased.
The curfew was issued to contain the tense situation created after two sides clashed while immersing the idol of Lord Krishna constructed on the occasion of Shree Krishna Janmashtami.
