PM Prachanda calls on President Paudel

Kathmandu, Aug 10:  Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' called on President Ram Chandra Paudel today.     

Matters relating to contemporary issues were discussed during the regular meeting held at the President's Office this evening, according to the President's press adviser Kiran Pokharel.     

On the occasion, Prime Minister Prachanda briefed the President about his recent visit to Italy to attend the United Nations Food Systems Summit +2 Stocktaking Moment (UNFSS+2) held in Rome, Italy. The event was held from July 24 to 26 2023.     

Prime Minister Prachanda had not met the President since he returned from the UN Food Summit held in Italy. The President acquired information about the event in the meeting today, added press advisor Pokharel.(RSS)
