Trailer of Tulkee released

By A Staff Reporter,Kathmandu, May 13: The trailer for the film ‘Tulkee’ has been released. The two-minute trailer features all the main characters. The film will be released across the country 

on May 25.

 The film presented by The Palm Group sheds light on the social reality of the Himalayan region where Polyandry is prevalent.

Directed by Dev Jung Thapa, the film  was shot in  Dolpa district. Sushil Adhikari and Nabaraj Ghimire are its cinematographers.

Shekhar Lama, the film's producer, said that the film tells a story based on the realities of society.

The story was written by Laxman Sunar and the screenplay by Shekhar Lama. Tara Thapa edited the film, while Sanjeev Subba composed the background music.

The trailer depicts the difficulties that arise when a girl is married to multiple brothers.
