Hamro Patro launches Hamro Pay

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Feb 17: Hamro Patro, a most popular mobile application in Nepali, has launched Hamro Pay, a new app within its platform.

Rudra Raj Pandey, Chairman of the Hamro Patro, launched the app amidst a special function this afternoon.

Registered as Lenden Sewa Private Limited, as a company, the Hamro Pay will further promote digital finance in Nepal offering distinct services to the people, according to Sishir Pokharel, CEO of Hamro Pay.

He said as six languages including Nepalbhasa, Maithili, Doteli and Tharu in addition to Nepali and English are integrated in the app, it is very user-friendly with regard to language as well.


CEO Pokharel said offline payment facility is something distinct of the Hamro Pay.

Sudina Gautam, director of Hamro Patro, shared that over 50% Nepali mobile phone users have downloaded the app and that over 10 million Nepalis have been using Hamro Patro.
