Home Ministry instructs to return personal security within 48 hours

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Dec.27: The Home Ministry has instructed concerned security agencies to return personal security if kept against the rules by the incumbent and former officials and security personnel.

Fanindra Mani Pokharel, Spokesperson of the Ministry of Home Affairs, said that Ministry has directed concerned security agencies to return the personal security and assistants within 48 hours if kept against the rules by the officials. 

The press release issued by Fanindra Mani Pokharel on Tuesday read that those high officials who are holding security services against the Security Arrangement Procedure 2077 and are found keeping personal security and assistants in tantamount to the violation of the set rules should return them within 48 hours.  

He said that incumbent and former security officials will get personal security as mentioned in the work procedures.
