Five new cases, active cases fall to 51

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Dec. 9: Five new cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed on Friday while 14 people recovered from COVID-19.

In 297 Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) tests done in the past 24 hours, five people were found infected with SARS-CoV-2, informed the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) in its regular update on Friday. Whereas, no positive case was found in 628 Antigen testing in the last 24 hours. 

Currently, there are 51 active cases of COVID-19 across the nation.

So far, 12,019 people have lost their lives due to COVID-19 across the nation.
