EC decides to hold election again at 10 voting centres of Dolakha

Kathmandu, Nov 27: The Election Commission has decided to hold the reelection at 10 voting centres of Dolakha district within four days.

The EC meeting held on Sunday took the decision that it would conduct election again at voting centres 'a' and 'b' of Putalikath of Janajyoti Secondary School in Baiteshwori Rural Municipality-2; at voting centres 'a', 'b', and 'c' of Kalidhunga Secondary School at ward no 3 of same rural municipality.

Other centres to have the election again are 'a', 'b' and 'c' of Baiteshwor Secondary School at ward no 6 of the same rural municipality, and voting centre 'a', and 'b' of Health Post building Japhe in Tamakoshi Rural Municipality-3.

The Election Commission said the voting was not held in a free and fair atmosphere in the abovementioned centres on November 4. The office of the chief returning officer in Dolakha has been directed to hold voting again within four days.(RSS)
