LSP's Bhandari elected HoR member from Mahottari-2

By Rabindra Upreti, Bardibas, Nov. 25: Loktantrik Samajwadi Party (LSP) candidate Sharad Singh Bhandari has been elected a member of the House of Representatives (HoR) from Mahottari constituency-2.

Bhandari received 25,190 votes. 

His closest competitor Dr. Bijay Kumar Singh, a candidate of Tarai Madhesh Loktantrik Party (TMLP), received 11,120 votes. CPN (UML) candidate Ram Parikshan Yadav received 10,258 votes. 

It is the second time that Bhandari has been elected from Mohattari constituency- 2 as the HoR member.
