UML's Bhattarai wins HoR seat in Kaski-2
Pokhara, Nov 24: CPN (UML)'s candidate Bidya Bhattarai has been elected as a member of the House of Representatives from Kaski constituency 2. This is Bhattarai's second consecutive win.
She defeated her closest rival Madhav Prasad Kandel of the Rashtriya Swatantra Party, Madhav Prasad Kandel, by 4,503 votes.
Bhattarai received 16,998 votes while Kandel got 12,495 votes. (RSS)
