CPN US Chair Madhav Nepal wins in Rautahat-1
By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Nov. 24: CPN (Unified Socialist) Chairman Madhav Kumar Nepal has been elected as a member of the House of Representatives (HoR) from Rautahat-1.
His competitor UML's Ajay Gupta was defeated by a 7,000 votes margin.
Chair Nepal received 33,522 votes whereas his competitor Gupta gained 26,522.
