NC’s Balayar wins seat in HoR from Kailali-4
By Prakash Bikram Shah, Dhangadhi, Nov.24: From a ruling coalition; Nepali Congress’s candidate Bir Bahadur Balayar, has won in the House of Representatives (HoR) election from Kailali-4.
He received 26, 171 votes while his nearest opponent Lekh Raj Bhatta from CPN (UML) got 22,587 votes.
