UML Secretary Bhattarai elected in Taplejung
By Chandra Pandrak, Taplejung Nov. 23: CPN (UML) Secretary Yogesh Kumar Bhattarai has been elected as a member of the House of Representatives (HoR) from Taplejung.
Bhattarai has registered a win by defeating Left-Democratic Alliance's CPN (Maoist Centre) candidate Khel Prasad Buda Kshetri 'Parag'.
Bhattarai secured the second tenure for the HoR by obtaining 21,943 votes. His comparator Buda Kshetri received 21,735 votes.
