Police open blank fire in Doti, voting resumes

By Keshav Chandra Mahara, Dipayal, Nov. 20: The election has resumed after a conflicting crowd was taken under control from a blank firing.

Nepal Police have opened four rounds of blank fire to take the clash under control in a polling station based at Radha Krishna Secondary School of Sikhar Municipality, Doti.

Bhim Bohara, a Sub-Inspector of Police, said that the blank firing was opened to disperse the crowd, which was gathered because of a conflict between two opposing parties.
