Gyawali, Nawalparasi, Nov. 15: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has viewed
that the five-party alliance has been formed to safeguard the constitution.
He said
so while addressing an election rally at Chaupatta, Bardaghat Municipality in
West Nawalparasi today.
He said the
provision of 33 per cent participation of women has been implemented due to the
inclusive character of the constitution.
“Existing
constitution is inclusive. It is because of this that a woman has been able to hold
the office of the President and we have women either as chief or deputy chief
of local levels,” the PM said, “Present ruling coalition was formed to save
this constitution and I appeal to the people to make the coalition victorious
in the election.”
PM Deuba observed
that the constitution has ensured the inclusion of the oppressed and marginalized
communities including dalit, Madhesi in the state.
PM Deuba
who is also Nepali Congress president stated that the present ruling coalition
will continue even after the election.
Billionaire Binod Chaudhary is contesting from West Nawalparasi Constituency 1 as a common candidate of the ruling alliance in the election for the member of the House of Representatives slated for November 20.
